Lexi's Creations....123 Recipe.....

Hi Susan here......

Take a look at Lexi's Creations this week our new challenge starts today and the theme is a
1,2,3, Recipe
This has always been a challenge for me, but if you remember that the 1 image, 2 flowers, 3 papers are the minimum amount then it all begins to make sense , we all use those three ingredients on our creations so just let your imagination fly, and if you need inspiration call across to Lexi's Creations and take a look at what our fabulous design team have come up with.

Our Sponsor for this challenge is the wonderful Fairy Dust Crafts.....Take a look around this store its amazing and full of Lexi's images.

Now for my card......

Today my card could be sent to a young person or a fun birthday card for a friend..... I have used three papers as the recipe called for and made an edge border using two punches and my Crafters Companion Ultimate for the edge.
My backing papers are from a Sizzix pad called Little Sizzles Rainbow Pad. Beautiful small patterns and very bright just right for a childs card.
My sentiment has been made on the computer.
My flowers are a mixture from Hobby Craft and Prima the leaves are made using a punch.

The image I chose is designed by Lexi and is called in Fairy Dust Crafts Bug 2, there are many variations of these little bugs take a look and see for yourself. I have used chalks to colour it with a little amount of stickles.
I have used the sentiment inside from our sidebar....it always makes me smile when I read it and thought it was ideal for the inside of this card.....
"I wish I was a glow worm
A glow worm's never glum
'Cos how can you be grumpy
When the sun shines out your bum!"

Thank you for taking the time to look at my card, and for all your wonderful comments
Love Susan
