A Spoonful of Sugar...Vintage!!!

Hey there everyone, Emma here...

Our new Challenge this week over at A Spoonful of Sugar is 'VINTAGE'....The theme chosen by me heehee!!!! Now this is a real easy one for me as I love everything vintage/shabby......so Click HERE if you want some amazing inspiration from the rest of the gals and to see full details of the challenge!!!


I have made another little 4"x4" card again and I used up a few more scraps, all edges have been distressed, glittered and machine stitched, the pretty vintage label is from The Graphics Fairy...


....the gorgeous sentiment and frame are designed by Ann Vento for Raindrop Echo Designs, the flowers are a mix from Hobbycraft and Prima.

The Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenge

Hey there everyone, Emma here...

Today is the start of another new challenge over at The Fuzzy Wuzzy Challenges and we have a FABBY sketch to work with by the lovely Ingrid!!  We are also being sponsored this time by Lili Of The Valley, and I for one totally LOVE their stamps!!!   for full details of the challenge and the prize and of course to see the amazing inspiration from the other fuzzy gals click HERE...

....I loved working with this sketch and I will definately be using it again {thanks Ing!!!}...


I have used papers by Making Memories and all edges have been distressed, glittered and machine stitched...


...I have used this very cute little fuzzy with a big bunch of flowers available HERE at Lili of the Valley, I have used grey lead pencil to colour again...


...The lovely vintage label is from The Graphics Fairy, the flowers are all from Hobbycraft, the feather is from my stash and the pearly flourishes are from Tickled Pink Stamps...


...The beautiful vintage label and the little bird image is again from The Graphics Fairy {I love the images from here!!!}...


...I have used the Pink Valentine Die and one of the matching sentiments from Tickled Pink Stamps, my pins and lace are from the market and as always I like to add extra beads of my own to the pins to make them a bit more special!!!

Tickled Pink Stamps Challenge #8....

Hey there everyone, Emma here...

Today over at Tickled Pink Stamps Challenges our theme for this weeks challenge is 'TAGS'.....Whoooo hoooo!!!  Now thats a real easy one for me heehee!!!  So you can make a tag, a tag card, include a tag on your creation ar use an image that already has a tag included...

....As you all know I am addicted to making tags.....I really love making these little creations and they are a great way of using some of those little scraps up that we have lying around!!!  I have also stamped onto some fabric again....I love the extra texture it gives!!! All the other bits and bobs are from stash and the gorgeous vintage rose label is from The Graphics Fairy...


....I have used the very sweet 'Cherrie with mail' designed by Christine Wooden and is available at Tickled Pink Stamps, she has been coloured with Promarkers and chalks.

Tickled Pink Stamps Challenges #7....

Hey there everyone, Emma here...

Over at Tickled Pink Stamps Challenges today we have a great theme for you to work with....'FABRIC', now I love using pieces of fabric on my creations as it gives so much more texture than just paper. You should check out the amazing inspiration from the Challenge Pink Ladies...HERE, we would love it if you could join in with us this week!!!

For my card I have used a gorgeous free paper download from Miss CutiePie, I thought it was perfect for my vintage style. I have distressed, glittered and machine stitched the edges.  I have used a piece of fabric behind my image which I stamped onto....I frayed the edges a little too....

....I have used the very chic 'Lil Lolita 30's Lylah', designed by Christina Dee, and she is available in digi or rubber at Tickled Pink Stamps. I have used grey lead pencil to colour her, my lace and ribbon are from the market and the pearly swirl is also from Tickled Pink Stamps...


The vintage clothes label is again free from Miss CutiePie....I loved it when I saw it!!!  I have used a scrap of fabric again in the flowers, my pins and feather are from stash...


....I love using vintage labels on my stuff and this is another gorgeous soap label from The Graphics Fairy,  I made my own sentiment which I thought was perfect for the very gorgeous 'Lylah' and I have used the FAB Pink Valentine Die that is available from Tickled Pink Stamps...

....My flowers are all from Hobbycraft and I have made my own leaves out of hessian fabric.

Lil Allsorts Preview Day 3...Sad Wilfred at Tickled Pink Stamps!!

Hey there everyone, Emma here...

It's Day 3 of the Lil Allsorts Previews at Tickled Pink Stamps and today we are introducing you to 'Sad Wilfred'...he is adorable I'm sure you will agree!!! As always the Pink Ladies have created more amazing creations for you to be inspired, so call across HERE and check them out!!


As you all know I am a little addicted to making tags and mini pizza boxes, they are such a great size to decorate.....so I decided to make a mini 4x4" card!!!  I have used papers by K&Company and I have distressed, glittered and machine stitched the edges. The gorgeous vintage soap label I found at The Graphics Fairy, all the other bits and bobs are from my stash....


.....Here is the very sweet and adorable 'Sad Wilfred', I have coloured him with Promarkers and chalks, I have used a chipboard frame which I have stamped onto...



....I have made my own sentiment and used the gorgeous Pink Valentine die available from Tickled Pink Stamps, this fabby die is just so versatile and looks great on anything....I love it!!!

Lil Allsorts Preview Day 2...Lil Fox Emilio at Tickled Pink Stamps!!!

Hey there everyone, Emma here...

Welcome to Day 2 of our 'Lil Allsorts' Previews at Tickled Pink Stamps and we are intoducing you to the very gorgeous 'Lil Fox Emilio' today, and I am sure you will agree he is one very stunning fox heehee!!!  As always the Pink Ladies have been really busy creating some amazing pieces of work for you all to get inspired, so hop over HERE and take a look!!!


....I have made a tag for today and you all know by now that I love my tags heehee!!!  My papers are scraps by Basic Grey and the very lovely vintage soap label I found from The Graphics Fairy...


...'Lil Fox Emilio', WOW he is GORGEOUS don't you think?!?!?!?  I have coloured him with grey lead pencil again...


....I used a blank ticket by Raindrop Echo Designs and put my own sentiment inside, the metal word thingy is from stash and the flowers are from Hobbycraft.
