Lil Allsorts Preview Day 1...Pirate Frankie at Tickled Pink Stamps!!!!

Hey there everyone, Emma here...

YIPEEEEE......it's time for some FABBY previews starting today at Tickled Pink Stamps for the brand new 'Lil Allsorts' collection.....and you are going to LOVE LOVE LOVE the new designs, they are just amazing!!!  Today we are introducing you all to the very GORGEOUS 'Pirate Frankie'....and what an extremely gorgeous Pirate he is heehee!!! {mmmmm....almost as yummy as Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow me thinks hahahaha!!!} The Pink Ladies have made some amazing creations for you to get a massive load of inspiration from, so hop over HERE and take a look!!!

I have used a mix of papers by Bo Bunny and from a cd rom 'A Carousel of Classics' by My Craft Studio, all the edges have been distressed....ooooo and not a drop of glitter in sight hahaha!!!  I have used a stamp for the old map and distressed it, the fabby birds I found from HERE...

....Ooooooo here he is...'Pirate Frankie', I have coloured him with grey lead pencil again, I am LOVING these black and white images right now!!  All the other bits and bobs are from my stash...

....I used some blank tickets by Raindrop Echo Designs and I put my own sentiments inside them.

Welcome to Day Five of The Stamping Bazaar Blog Hop, today we are showcasing the fifth and final of the fabulously gorgeous images designed by Marina Neira called 'Allie and Percy on Sled'.

Now onto our creations for you today....

Hi Susan here with my card for todays Blog Hop....

The plain coloured card I used on this card is from The Paper Mill Shop, the patterned paper is a piece from my stash. The edges have been distressed and glittered. The panels of blue and green card have been punched along the edges using a Martha Stewart punch and then glittered. The ribbon and little gold bells are from my local market.

Well this is the last one of the five fabulous images we have been showcasing, that have been designed by our very talented Marina Neira, this digi image is called 'Allie and Percy on Sled', they are two of the cutest little dogs. They can be purchased from The Stamping Bazaar Store on Monday 6th December. I have used Promarkers to colour the image and then carefully cut the image out and placed it onto a printed background of fir trees from My Craft Studio. I have added glitter here and there and then mat and layered onto a pale blue backer and distressed the edges and glittered with stickles.

My sentiment is from Raindrop Echo Designs, some of the most gorgeous sentiments around, the edges have been glittered.

My holly leaves and berries were made by me, the leaves I hand cut, marked the veins and then used inks to colour the leaves, then I sprayed them with gloss varnish from Crafters Companion.

Hi there, Emma here with my creation for Day Five of the Blog Hop...

I have made another gift card holder, which are so handy at this time of year!!! I have used a few scraps up again....these little creations are just as good as tags for using up your scraps heehee!!! I have distressed glittered and machine stitched around the edges....

...These cutie pies are called 'Allie and Percy on Sled'....designed by Marina Neira. I have used Promarkers and chalks to colour and I have added some glitter to the furry trims on the clothes....

Now for my card...... The theme today was very inspirational for me and my card is for Remembrance Sunday to give Thanks to all the soldiers who have fought and given their lives for us and our freedom in the various wars over the years....

I have deliberately kept my card simple because I wanted the sentiment of the card to be more important than any embellishments. The black base card is from The Paper Mill Shop, beautiful card from here in a variety of weights and colours, the 'poppy field' is from a My Craft Studio CD, with images based on the early years of 1900. I have distressed the edges and layered the poppy field in the centre of my card. The beautiful satin red ribbon is from our local market.

This beautiful sentiment is from Raindrop Echo Designs, and designed by Ann Vento, it says everything I wanted to say!! I have distressed the edged of the nestie with red ink.

Happy Birthday to a special friend....

Over at Lexi's Creation's we are celebrating our first birthday. What an exciting year its been and Lexi has produced so many great images. For this challenge we will have THREE randomly selected winners.

For my card I used a sketch that I really liked from Lil Lolita, my backing papers are all from my stash, all the edges of my papers have been distressed and glittered with stickles, I used a punch to make the upright border and used two types of paper and overlapped, then glittered the punched edge. The pearls and ribbon are from my local market. My sentiment was from a My Craft Studio programme.

This fabulous image is one of Lexi's and she is called 'Roxi', you can find her at the Fairy Dust Crafts Store. I love this image she is so cool.....I used Pro-Markers to colour her in and then cut her out so that I could layer her over the edge of my sentiment.

My flowers are handmade using punches, the larger one was cut out from old book pages and then inked with a deep red ink, the smaller roses were punched out from some of the backing paper and shaped by hand into the rose shape, the buds are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

New Baby Girl.....

It's Thursday and that means that there is another challenge starting over at Aud Sentiments Challenge Blog...

For my card I used a sketch of my own, my backing papers are all bits and pieces from my stash. All the edges have been inked and distressed. The satin ribbon and pearls are from our local market.

I used an image from Annebodil number 15. I coloured it using Promarkers and then cut it out and stuck it onto a pearlescent patterned piece of card. The edges I distressed and then I attached a gathered lace frill to fit behind the topper.

My flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

My sentiment to fall in line with the challenge requirements was made on my computer. The edges have been inked and distressed.

I have made a hidden tag to write a message. I actually got this idea from Bev Rochester and have her permission to use the idea, thanks Bev!!

My poem is from a My Craft Studio programme, just fits a baby card to perfection.

Sunflowers

The printed image and backing papers for this card were from My Craft Studio, which I decoupaged. The centre of the flowers were finished using micro beads. I made the large sunflowers myself using a sizzix die that I layered up to six times to get the effect.
The buckle is made from chipboard that I have had in my stash for ages, I coloured it with distressing inks and covered it with glossy accents.
A Martha Stewart punch was used for the edges of my two accent papers.
