A Fairy Fantasy....

Hi Susan here....

I have been very excited to bring you this card, because this is my first card as a member of the Creative Card Crew. I was very kindly asked by Janna the owner of the  challenge blog to join them after being a guest and of course I said 'yes'. I hope you will all join me in the challenges.

Today is the start of a new challenge and the theme is 'Fantasy', so pull out those fairies, elves, angels, dragons and anything else you have with a fantasy theme to join in this challenge.
For full details of the challenge and to see some fabulous inspiration from the design team call across to the Creative Card Crew Challenge Blog.

Now onto my card....

My backing papers are from a Papermania Inspirations Colossal Pack, the edges have been stitched, punched, distressed and glittered. The ribbon, lace and pearls are from our local market. The beautiful rose charm is from Bunny Zoes and the metal butterfly plate is from our stash.

This absolutely gorgeous fairy is from Tickled Pink Stamps and is called 'lil Fairy Kira', she is so beautiful and so easy to colour, I used Promarkers, and added some stickles to her wings.

I made a lace ruffle and fastened a rose from Wild Orchid Crafts into the centre then hung my rose charm from the rim of the lace.
