Hi Susan here...
Can you believe its Saturday again!!! WOW the weeks are going so fast its hard to keep up with them.
Today is my turn to show you a card using one of Marina Neira's beautiful designs, all the images can be found on our very new updated Store, call across Marina has lots of special offers for you. All the DTs creations for this week can be seen on The Stamping Bazaar's Blog. This is where we will be keeping you updated on what is happening at The Stamping Bazaar including any new releases....
Tomorrow call across to the very talented Tina's Blog and see how she made her wonderful creation.
Now onto my card...
My backing paper is from my stash, I cut the shapes into triangles and the bottom corner was using a scrap piece of very beautiful embossed paper I bought on holiday years ago. I used distressing inks and wiped over the top with my ink pad until I got the desired effect I wanted. All the edges of the backing paper have been distressed them inked. The ribbon and gems as usual are from our local market. The butterflies have been made using a punch, inks to colour and stickles for the glittery wings, for the bodies I used some pearls.
This little guy is so gorgeous, he is called 'Hansel with Bouquet' and I have used promarkers to colour him. He is just one of the many images designed by Marina Neira and can be found at The Stamping Bazaar Store in either rubber or digi. I have mat and layered the image and distressed the edges and then inked.
I have made the sentiment on my computer, the edges have been distressed and inked....My flowers are from Hobby Craft, the leaves are a punch.
