The Stamping Bazaar.....Marvin

Hi Susan here....

Each Monday on The Stamping Bazaar Blog we showcase all the creations made by the design team for the coming week using an image designed by Marina Neira for The Stamping Bazaar Store.

Each day of the week you will be getting inspiration from of our talented team. The DT are going to show you on their own blogs how they made their creations, and you will be able to follow the links to the image in the Store and for the next days DT member throughout the week.
Today is my day to show you what I have made.....

Now for my card....

I love making easel cards and these beautiful rich shades of pink on my backing papers sang out to me to use them for this creation.

The backing papers are from a 12x12 Colorbok pack and the flowered backing paper is from Nitwits they went together so well I couldn't resist mixing them up! My ribbons and pearls as always are from our local market. The flowers I chose to use are from Hobby Craft, the leaves are made using a punch some inks and a shaping tool.

Well I know I have used this little guy lots of times but can you blame me just look at that adorable face!!
He is called 'MARVIN WITH DAISIES' and has been designed by our own Marina Neira, available from The Stamping Bazaar Store, I have coloured him in entirely with chalks. I love the effects you get with chalks gentle but the definition is so good. I used a nestie for the topper and edged it with pearls and stickles.

This gorgeous stamped image is from Tickled Pink Stamps from the Thank You Sentiments range.

Unfortunately there is no creation from Tina this week due to illness, she will be back soon, but surprise, surprise we have one of our new DT members showcasing not one, not two.....but THREE creations tomorrow!!! Call to Tash's Blog and see what she has to show you!

Marina Neira released in The Stamping Bazzaar Store two new images this week they are absolutely gorgeous using two of our favourite characters, Marvin and Bikkie, don't forget to call across and check them out they are adorable!!

Don't forget to call again at The Stamping Bazaar Blog on Monday to see next weeks creations, and on Wednesday for our regular Special Designer Guest Spot.
