Hi, it's Susan, I hope you are all enjoying a beautiful sunny Sunday!!!
This card includes two of my favourite card making techniques, sketches and easel shaped cards.
I have used a great sketch from Stamp with Fun, a great inspirational sketch!
The backing papers are from Nitwits, all the edges have been distressed.
The cream card at the back of the central image has been embossed using a cuttlebug embossing folder.
The ribbon is from our local market.
This cute little image is from Lili of the Valley, I have coloured her in using Pro-Markers, and then inked around the edges and background, before distressing the edges to match the rest of the backing papers. I have mat and layered the topper with a piece of card that I punched a pattern all around the edges.
The sentiments I made myself on the computer.
The large flower I made myself, using a five petal punch, the smaller flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. One of my favourite things is to try and make my own flowers for my cards.
The pretty little silver coloured strawberry is from Bunny Zoe's Crafts.
This is the second of my computer generated sentiments, the flowers as before, I made the large one and the other is from Wild Orchid Crafts.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:-
Thank you for taking the time to look at my card, I hope you liked it.
Love Susan

What a pretty card Mam.
ReplyDeleteI bet you had double the fun as normal because of the shape of this card! I love your handmade flowers, as I always do. You've coloured the image beautifully. What a precious baby she looks! I love how you've coloured the grass, you've not accentuated every blade of grass as this would be unnecessary, just that touch of green is really effective.
The strawberry charm is pretty too.
