Hi Susan here...
Today at Lexi's Creations a very special challenge has started and the theme is 'Blue and Silver', this is to celebrate it being the exact date of Lexi's Creations very first Challenge, we thought we would do the very same Challenge today.... CONGRATULATIONS LEXI.
For full details of the challenge and to take a look at some of the fantastic design team contributions, call across to Lexi's Creations Challenge Blog and join in the fun with us this time.
Our sponsor is the fantastic Joanna Sheen,
she will be donating a £10 voucher to spend in her online store, to one lucky randomly selected winner.
Now onto my card....
My backing papers are all from Nitwits, I have distressed all the edges and then glittered with stickles.
They have been mat and layered using a vintage silver mirri card. The ribbon and pearls are all from our local market. My flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
This is one of Lexi's adorable digi images, it is called 'Pengy - free snowballs' you can find him at Fairy Dust Crafts. I have used Promarkers to colour the image and added a few smears of stickles here and there on the snow. I punched snowflakes and added stickles and a pearl and placed then around the card.
My sentiment has been made on the computer, the edges rough cut like ice the edges have been inked and then glittered with stickles.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my card and for all the wonderful comments you leave. I hope you liked it.
Love Susan
