Faith, Hope and Love....

Hi Susan here....

Today we have started a new challenge over at Lexi's Creations and the theme is 'Anything Goes'.....how easy is that one. For full details of the challenge and some great and wonderful inspiration from our very talented design team please call across to the Lexi's Creations Blog.
Our sponsor this time is the wonderful Joanna Sheen, she is offering the winner a £10.00 voucher to spend in her store.

For my card I have used bits and pieces of backing papers from my stash, mostly from old and almost finished 12x12 scrapbooking pads. I distressed all the edges and have kept to a colour scheme of reds and pinks with a touch of white.
I used a Multi Shaper Punch to do the deep red border down the side and mat and layered it onto a pattern card with added lace and ribbon.

I have combined two of Lexi's fabulous images here....her beautiful 'love sentiment' and that gorgeous bunch of 'Roses', they can both be bought from Fairy Dust Crafts. I used Pro-Markers to colour the image. I distressed the edges and mat and layered onto a deep red card.

My flowers are all handmade using a five petal punch and a lot of patience.

My ribbon, lace and gems are from our local market, and the beautiful metal charm that mimics the heart in the sentiment comes from Bunny Zoes.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Thank you so much for taking the  ime to look at my card, and all your wonderful comments, I hope you liked it.
